What’s the role

The is a key role, reporting to the Director of Client Training, to help create and grow the Client Training practice within Brainlabs.

This team has end-to-end responsibility from Client Training needs analysis, content development, and workshop delivery, through to reporting and impact.

An exciting growth opportunity for content development and delivery expert. This role is focused on helping develop a skills transfer and training services business within a highly successful digital marketing agency. This will involve understanding Client skills gaps, then creating content and delivering services to close those gaps. Overall success in the role will be measured by the quality of content created and delivered..

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s keen to make an impact by building a new business venture within an established organisation. You'll have the opportunity to influence and shape the new Client Training business within Brainlabs.

You will help the Training team deliver on the global vision. but also be responsible for ensuring our Client Training continues to evolve and keeps Brainlabs at the forefront of digital marketing globally.

What talents and experience would suit this role?

  • A solid subject matter expert level of knowledge is required in digital marketing or E-commerce
  • You are proactive, positive and self-motivated and have a passion for Client Training
  • Experienced in working with senior management (internal stakeholders and external Clients) to create and deliver Client Training
  • You are a good communicator, capable of teaching both senior audiences and those early in their careers.
  • You have the ability to listen, to adapt to each situation, consider new methods and be creative in your approach depending on the Client’s learning objectives.
  • Previous Client facing experience; you will be working closely with customers and Brainlabs subject matter experts to both develop and deliver Training services.
  • Strong moral compass, wanting to win but being the good folks on the journey.

Unique requirements for this role:

  • Deep expertise in Digital /Google Marketing Environment or E-commerce
  • Previous experience to include Client liaison
  • Developing and delivering engaging training and evangelisation.
  • Skills gap assessments, content development and delivery of workshops preferred
  • A hunger to learn, evangelise and continue to grow your skills in digital marketing or E-commerce
  • Adept at building strong Client relationships based on Skills transfer engagements.
