So, what’s the role?

  • Building in-house tools, reports and applications for our teams. But with an enterprise look and feel as our hundreds of clients will be using these tools too.
  • You'll be using Python, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Github and Node.
  • You'll be working with our global product team.
  • Working in agile 2 weekly scrums with daily stand-ups.
  • If you can make decisions and recommendations that have an important impact on extensive engineering activities, then that's a box ticked!
  • We want creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgement in anticipating and solving problems. You will be designing large systems with high-quality technical documentation.
  • Understanding of the business and how this links with engineering services from a commercial perspective and you will support the wider business and individual departments in line with the roadmap.
  • Problem-solving skills to be used in order to collaborate with your team to research and devise new approaches and evaluate different techniques and recommendations.
  • Prepare progress reports to present to management throughout the duration of the project

We offer flexible working and remote working too, however, you must be UK based and we are unable to support Visa's at this time.

All sounds great right? So here’s what we are looking for:

  • Must have extensive Python experience
  • You will possess excellent communication skills at all levels of the business
  • Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform preferable but not essential
  • Must have experience mentoring junior engineers and work in an agile environment
