As a Programmatic Account Manager at Brainlabs, you'll work directly with clients to implement programmatic display and video campaigns. You'll also receive training on other biddable channels (like search and social) to support your growth and enable you to develop innovative solutions for your clients across a broad range of channels.

As Programmatic Account Manager, we'd like you to:

  • Campaign Management
    • Manage the delivery of media plan, creative assets, contracts, and all relevant campaign documents in preparation for the campaign launch
    • Execute, manage and optimise programmatic campaigns while meeting or surpassing client, agency, and industry performance expectations
    • Implement budgets and optimisations to ensure performance is aligned with client goals
    • Ensure pacing across campaigns, proactively flagging anticipated concerns and optimisation recommendations
    • Implement account-wide audits and QA checks (manual and automated) on DSP and ad server as needed
    • Use critical thinking and analytical skills to regularly analyse complex data sets and formulate reporting, insights, and data-driven recommendations Troubleshoot setup and pacing challenges as they arise

  • Client Management
    • Support programmatic lead across client accounts within Hive
    • Communicate client performance regularly and ensure Brainlabs fulfils client contracts and promised strategy
    • Prioritise and respond to both internal and client emails/calls in a timely manner

  • Growth
    • Support programmatic lead with business reviews, cross-sells, and pitch materials as needed

  • Technology & Experimentation
    • Implement & use Brainlabs’ tools on all accounts where applicable

  • Leadership
    • Model strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanor
    • Mentor to colleagues within Hive, providing training and shadowing opportunities, including active participation in the new hire training program
