What we’d like you to do

You’ll collaborate across your stakeholder group and within the People team, taking a test and learn approach to ensure we drive the right outcomes.
As necessary, you’ll get stuck in on project work too, ensuring that the end-users voice is represented and playing your part in implementing new ideas too.
All sounds great right? So here’s what we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a partnering role, working with a broad stakeholder group and using your knowledge of key HR competencies (e.g. Employee Relations, Engagement, Change)
Experienced at building effective relationships quickly, using these with your strong communication skills to add value
A good listener, with the ability to use effective questioning and data to get to the root of a problem
An eagerness to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset and positive attitude
