What keeps you inquisitive? What do you think about behaviour analysis vs performance analysis? Are you encouraged to be innovative? How do you innovate in digital analytics?
Can you work creatively to solve critical business problems?
Do you thrive when presenting your findings to clients?
Can you inspire and guide colleagues and clients to push boundaries?
Do you have good knowledge of e-commerce?
If you answered yes, then this may be what you're looking for! We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist to join our world-leading agency, either fully remote (in the UK) or at one of our UK offices.
The team:
Our analytics team is a place of capability and innovation, where we combine art and science. We’re looking for an experienced analyst who will support our clients, and the team, in elevating what’s possible using data.
We don’t report on performance, we measure behaviours. That’s an important distinction. We work on behalf of users - learning what motivates and persuades them, and how we can build better experiences. We know that our clients can only succeed when we make life easy for their customers.
The day to day:
Taking a lead role in strategy and planning for key clients
Working with the Head of Analytics to support our team of curious analysts on day-to-day tasks and ambitious projects
Managing data from source to delivery, using a suite of individual tools:
Tracking configuration and optimisation (Google Tag Manager)
Queries and analysis (Google Analytics)
Manipulation and modelling (RStudio, Google Sheets API)
Delivery and presentation to clients
Analysing AB/MVT test performance, calculating statistical significance using bayesian and frequentist methodologies, and using the findings to make recommendations
Running complex analysis on big data sets from multiple sources (for example online and offline, first-party and third-party)
Talking to clients regularly - playing an active role in identifying opportunities, playing back your insights, and challenging preconceptions
Collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary UX team (analytics, research, strategy, design, development)
What's in it for you?
Autonomy to use the tools, services, and processes that work for you - we just need you to deliver the data and insight, it doesn’t matter how you get there
Offices in Manchester and London, and an adaptive working policy which means you can be office-based, fully remote or a balance of both
27 days paid holiday, 8 days (optional) unpaid holiday, 3 paid charity days, plus bank holidays
Option to change your religious holidays
Super-enhanced maternity & paternity leave
Health & dental insurance and wellness subsidy
Free food all day in the office, which includes lunch
Dogs welcomed
We also plant a tree for all new Brainlabbers!
Who we’re looking for:
We’re hungry to keep pushing our boundaries - so you should be motivated by the opportunity to use your experience to shape what we do
We’re looking for an experienced web data analyst, either agency or in-house with experience excellent with Google Analytics
You should be naturally inquisitive, somebody who isn’t happy until you really understand what’s happening - and why
Who said data is boring? Creativity, innovation and a desire to learn are critical in our team, as we look for ways to navigate new and complex challenges
Transparency is really important to us - so we need a confident presenter, who will genuinely enjoy getting to know our clients, uncovering what’s important to them, and challenging their preconceptions
Experience within an e-commerce environment
Unfortunately, we cannot provide visa support at this time; this role is UK-based.
