We’re looking for a Conversion Analyst who will support the whole business in moving forward what is possible in the collection and utility of data insight. You can expect to be part of a fast growing business that really wants to push the industry forwards.

Initially, your regular tasks would include:

  • Close collaboration with cross disciplinary team members and others in analytics
  • Working with clients and the internal team to identify opportunities and inform priorities
  • Ownership of implementation requirements and needs
  • Analysing AB/MVT test outcomes and making clear recommendations
  • Being an active member in client meetings and status calls

As a business, we’re growing quickly, with a number of great clients and we’re working hard on pushing what optimisation can stand for.

You’ll be a great fit if you have some, many, or all of the following:

  • A passion for using multiple sources of data to tell a strong, compelling, insight driven story
  • Good experience of analysing, understanding and reporting online behaviours using web analytics platforms (we focus primarily on Google Analytics, but we have clients that use all the major digital insight platforms)
  • A strong understanding of not only how to collect data, but why data collection is important in the first place - connecting the “can have” to the “what if” - and an ability to translate that into requirements mapping, tagging specifications, timelines and project plans.
  • Experience analysing A/B test results, translating findings into stories, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Awareness and understanding of hard-coded and tag-implemented digital analytics platforms (we lean towards Google Analytics, but experience of Adobe and IBM platforms will be valuable too)
  • Good experience or understanding of data platform / testing platform integration and setup, A/B and / or MVT testing methodologies. Exposure to testing tools would be beneficial
  • If this can be demonstrated through a consultative approach to clients / projects that you might have worked on, and including things like effective data visualisation (Data Studio / Tableau etc. ) then that would be a real benefit.
  • Work with a number of commerce and non-commerce clients on helping them understand where existing configurations can be improved, enhanced and refined (auditing, prioritising and implementing these improvements)
  • Ideally a strong understanding of the wider CRM / User journey, taking in digital and offline touchpoints

Perhaps most importantly - a proactive, investigative attitude, and a mindset that is willing to learn. And we’d see any form of GAIQ certification (or similar tag management training / certification) as a plus.
