About the job

We are currently looking for a Retail Account Manager; we work with multinational and global brands that look to us to deliver advertising and sales results via ecommerce marketplaces, predominantly Amazon. Our Retail service enables clients to sell on ecommerce marketplaces via Brainlabs, rather than them engaging directly with the marketplace.

This service represents a significant opportunity for our business, providing the right candidate with the ability to learn and develop rapidly.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for overseeing client success and relationship management, through developing and delivering against sales, our strategy and the relevant growth levers to drive volume. You will own revenue delivery, alongside ensuring we achieve profitability targets, alongside closely working with our new business team to attract new clients.

You will have an analytical eye and provide excellent client experience, while developing the offering based on their needs and feedback.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive top line revenue growth, profitably
  • Deliver excellent client satisfaction
  • Own all KPIs related to the service, including those focussed on maintaining marketplace account health (e.g. Seller Central)
  • Define and implement best practice for the service
  • Identify new areas of growth and upsell opportunities of your client base.
  • Own and deliver client reports, articulating the story and delivering data-based insights
  • Deliver and execute a cohesive and collaborative strategy for each client

Skills and desired experience:

  • Fast learner
  • Experience working at an agency is preferred
  • Experience with Amazon retail, either brand side, agency, or within Amazon is highly desirable
  • Degree-qualified (business, economics, sales, accounting would be advantageous)
  • Confident, resilient, tenacious and proactive
  • Able to build client relationships and be a team player
  • A positive approach to problems. We like solutions!
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
