What’s the role?
We're a small, fast-paced team and this role will involve managing all contracts from looking at food providers to software & IT. We are acquiring and working with a variety of businesses so you’ll be kept busy building a centralised process for all things procurement to help plan for the future as we continue to grow. So, if you're proactive, don't mind rolling up your sleeves and want a varied role this role would be a good fit for you!
What this job isn’t:
Being a good-news fairy: We love good news but we prefer honesty. Using your experience and skills to analyse our supplier relationships and to find the best long term solution
Box-ticking: You will be operating across a range of procurement projects and stakeholders at any one time

What particular set of skills would suit this role?
Negotiation: able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to get the best deal for all concerned
Numerate: highly numerate and able to analyse suppliers’ offerings, both in terms of value and cost
Communication: communication is important in this role; you will need to be comfortable with a diverse group of stakeholders, suppliers and product areas
Self-starter: be able to take a brief on multiple different procurement projects and then run with them
Attention to detail: be thorough, accurate and consistent and able to deliver to deadlines across multiple work-streams
Entrepreneurial: be able to spot opportunities to add value as we grow our business
