What's the role

As a People Coordinator you will be an integral part of the People Operations function, helping the entire team across the employee life cycle. Supporting our fast growing UK and International offices, you will be responsible for keeping our HR system updated. This can range from creating employment contracts, managing formal staff changes, new joiner inductions and the day to day management of the People team mailbox.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining data of our HRIS and other People Systems, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
  • Provide quality and consistent HR service to employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Manage our ‘People Process Tracker’ ensuring that each element of our core processes is covered off
  • Own the administrative tasks that support the on-boarding of new joiners and the employee leaver process.
  • Be the go to person for any benefits related queries, as well as knowing the platform inside out and being responsible for its accuracy at all times
  • Obtain analytics and reports for stakeholders using our HRIS system, HiBob
  • Support our monthly payroll run by recording and auditing payments

In addition we would love you to have a keen eye for process improvement - we would support you with changes that can make things better and help you in implementing your ideas.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Around 12 months of operational / administration experience (whether as a full time role, or for School or University projects)
  • Thrives in fast paced and ever changing environments
  • Is highly organised, able to follow-up and prioritise whilst managing multiple work-streams
  • Is detail orientated, and strives to maintain quality
  • Is proactive and is constantly thinking about ways to improve processes
  • Is a great independent worker and creative problem-solver, who can also thrive as a team player, working positively alongside the rest of the People team
  • Previous experience working with the HRIS system HiBob is desirable, not essential.
  • Someone who is keen to grow their HR career, there is opportunity here to get involved in all aspects of HR across various global locations
