We are looking for a Programmatic Product Partner to lead our programmatic offering in UK. Our recently established product team was developed to closer align our resources to ensure we have a global-by-design approach to how we build products and propositions.

You will work closely with the Global VP of Programmatic, Managing Partners, and Client Partners to ensure we are offering a world-class discipline. They will be responsible for the overarching proposition and feeding best practices, partnerships, tech, and thought leadership into our client teams.

30% of the role will be focused on new business, 20% dedicated to growth across clients, and 50% is focused on product advancement. You will oversee all UK programmatic and is responsible for the quality of our output. You will partner with the Global VP of Programmatic to iterate, improve and roll out global initiatives and processes.

Give me a breakdown of what the Programmatic Product Partner at Brainlabs does:

  • Delivers cutting edge, best-in-class, and iterative programmatic and digital direct strategic work across clients of all sizes and industries, both B2B & B2C
  • Leads the product offering in the UK, while shepherding global development of the Brainlabs programmatic and digital direct offering, proposition, governance, processes, and partnerships
  • Co-owns new business pitches for programmatic in the UK alongside new business, client, data strategy, planning, and product teams
  • Supports all activation, infrastructure, and process enablement to advance Brainlabs’ biddable offering
  • Extracts value from key partners on behalf of our clients and Brainlabs
  • Work with teams in offshored Centre of Excellence to manage back-end and ad-operations resource
  • Partners with our global engineering team to build custom tech offerings
  • Acts as an advocate for full-funnel, consumer-centric, strategic approaches, with alignment on both client need and consumer safety
  • Held accountable for the training and development of digital direct and programmatic across the region, including product growth and differentiation

What experience would suit this role?

  • Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, SPO/DPO, deal ID’s, bespoke partnerships, audience-first planning, and activation
  • Solid up-to-date experience with effectively leading programmatic and display teams
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of hands-on-keyboard trading within DV360, with preferable experience in The Trade Desk, Amazon, and Yahoo! DSP
  • Experience successfully navigating and working within a highly matrixed organization
  • Proven track record for increasing revenue through cross-selling
  • Experience developing and growing supplier relationships, including owning joint business plans
  • Ability to foster strong, creative, and collaborative relationships industry-wide, with a focus on market-specific nuances (ie; GDPR, CCPA, and in-market publishers, data providers)
  • Experienced in B2B and B2C clients from enterprise and SMB
  • Ability to influence external stakeholders positively to achieve results that are in the best interest of Brainlabs clients
