About the job:

As one of the Senior Campaign Managers within a vertical, you will be responsible for managing a small team and working with the Account Directors to service our client’s needs. Your success will be measured by the campaign performance, rebooked revenue, and overall client satisfaction.

A day in the life:

  • Growing key accounts - Growing and deepening our relationship with clients as their primary Campaign Manager.
  • Best in class client servicing -As a key contact for a range of clients, you will be in charge of ensuring each process of the campaign runs efficiently, from briefing to reporting. You will be responsible for communicating updates to clients and supporting junior campaigns managers and execs on day-to-day campaign management.
  • High-level management - Empower the other members of the pod to grow and develop accounts, overseeing their development through pulse meetings, 1-on-1s and strong high-level management
  • Creative Strategy - Requiring a deep understanding on unpicking client challenges, structuring insights, generating innovative ideas and presenting deliverables.
  • Increase repeat revenue: Working closely with the Account Manager to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients by providing tailored strategies, innovative creative solutions and impressive campaign performance to forge new opportunities for financial growth.
  • Goal-setting - As one of the pod leads, you will be responsible for setting short-term goals for pod members, and keeping them accountable to hit their goals.
  • Employee coaching & development - You will be responsible for the training and development of Campaign Managers and Campaign Executives within the pod, empowering them to grow within the company

Our ideal candidate...

  • Will have experience within the advertising or influencer marketing industry
  • Will be experienced in managing a small team; setting team targets and supporting the personal development of junior team members.
  • Have commercial experience, with experience of upselling and growing accounts
