In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on both self-service and direct buy campaigns delivered across a multitude of channels (display, video, audio, CTV, DOOH, native, mobile, and more).
Our team will want to hear about your experience working with media partners directly, as well as from a self-service POV, including your ability to set up advanced audience strategies and your approach to quality control. We’ll also want you to tell us about how you have used experimentation to deliver business outcomes.

As a digital Director (programmatic/display) at Brainlabs, the main role responsibilities are split into:
Client Responsibilities (50%):
You'll work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand their media and business goals. Then develop and present integrated, omnichannel strategies and media plans that utilize the latest technology and industry partners.
Collaborating with our planning, strategy, and data analytics teams to deliver top-performing campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to use your critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks and make data-driven recommendations that exceed client expectations.
We promote a 'test and learn' approach and you'll be responsible for building clear testing roadmaps to drive performance. You'll also conduct forecasting exercises to inform budget recommendations and manage project activities within your team.
Ensuring budgets, optimizations, and performance align with client goals and global best practices. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to create decks for business reviews, tying in performance, strategy, and storytelling.
Team Responsibilities (50%):
Your primary role is to strive for effective planning, activation, and optimization delivery. This means ensuring that all campaigns are executed flawlessly and that all targets are met.
You will be responsible for collaborating and working closely with other teams within the company to ensure efficient workflow and to identify cross-functional opportunities and enhancements.
Another key aspect of your role is to implement process improvements and create tooling to automate and improve the efficiency of day-to-day tasks. This will help to streamline operations and increase productivity, enabling your team to achieve even greater results.
Additionally, you will need to stay current on industry and platform capabilities and apply your growing knowledge to drive diversification of platform and partner usage across your client base. This will help to ensure that your team is utilizing the latest technologies and techniques to achieve the best results for your clients.

Tech-savvy, data-driven looking for a new challenge?
You'll have experience managing self-service and managed service campaigns for a variety of clients, including DSP, ad network, agency trading desk, Hearst, and Conde Nast.
You'll have experience managing a team and have hands-on experience with Google Marketing technologies such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Display Video 360 (DV360), and Google Analytics 360 (GA360). Bonus points if you have experience with leading data-driven media technology like Liveramp, Customer Match, Epsilon, and Acxiom.
You'll be comfortable with ad verification and brand safety tools such as IAS, DoubleVerify, and Moat. You'll also have a knack for organizing and consolidating data sources for analysis, using tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Additionally, you'll have experience with reporting and data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI and Data Studio, but also Datorama, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
